




Job Summary: Professional responsible for spreadsheet control, material reports, price updates, supplier communication, and operational support to the Procurement team. Key Highlights: 1. Spreadsheet and report control and updating. 2. Communication with suppliers for administrative matters. 3. Direct operational support to the Procurement team. * Filling out and updating area control spreadsheets; * Controlling and updating shortage material tracking reports; * Updating price tables to ensure orders are generated with correct values; * Contacting suppliers for administrative matters, including invoice corrections; * Daily order follow-up with suppliers; * Monitoring delivery deadlines, with recurring contacts to ensure adherence to agreed timelines; * Direct support to the Procurement team, assuming operational control and follow-up tasks; * Document organization and maintenance of updated records in systems and spreadsheets.
