Monitor customer service and ensure a positive experience **ON-DUTY MANAGER FOR RESTAURANT CHAIN** **Location:** Cambuí, MG **Salary:** R$ 3\.900,00\. **Benefits:** ✔️ Transportation Allowance ✔️ Chartered Transportation ✔️ On-site Meals ✔️ Meal Voucher (R$ 162,47\) ✔️ Medical Assistance ✔️ Dental Assistance ✔️ Life Insurance ✔️ Discounts on group brands ✔️ TotalPass ✔️ Partnerships with entertainment companies * **Work Schedule:** 6 days on, 1 day off **Available Shifts:** * 6:00 AM to 2:20 PM * 2:20 PM to 10:40 PM **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage restaurant operations during the shift, ensuring compliance with quality standards, customer service, food safety, and productivity; * Lead, guide, and supervise the operational team, promoting employee development and engagement; * Ensure achievement of sales targets, operational KPIs, and unit results; * Assign team members to workstations, monitor operational flow, and make adjustments as needed; * Monitor customer service to ensure a positive experience and resolve incidents promptly; * Control product and supply replenishment, monitor inventory levels, and place purchase orders when necessary; * Track and control loss, waste, and food cost indicators; * Conduct cash audits, withdrawals, shift closings, and other financial controls; * Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, cleaning, and organizational standards; * Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and team development processes; * Prepare operational reports and communicate results, opportunities, and needs to unit management; * Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and guidelines. **PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN THIS ROLE, COMPLETED HIGH SCHOOL EDUCATION, AND FLEXIBLE AVAILABILITY REQUIRED.** ✨ **We seek communicative, proactive individuals eager to grow!** Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education)
