Job Summary: Supervise partner team activities related to picking, packing, and shipping, monitoring productivity, performance, processes, and implementing 5S. Key Highlights: 1. Daily routine management and definition of daily priorities. 2. Monitoring productivity, quality, and safety targets. 3. Leadership, clear communication, and autonomy in decision-making. Supervise partner team activities related to picking, packing, and shipping. Monitor team productivity and performance, control processes, monitor departmental activities, implement 5S in the department, and guide employees to maintain organizational control. **Responsibilities and Duties** Routine Management: Assign tasks and define daily priorities; ensure adherence to standard procedures; monitor productivity, quality, and safety targets; open and close shifts, and hand over pending items to the next supervisor. Results Management: Monitor KPIs such as OEE, rework, absenteeism, OTIF, etc.; analyze deviations and propose rapid action plans; report results and critical issues to manager/coordinator; ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
