Your daily responsibilities as an educator: * Provide consultative client service, understanding their needs, desires, and concerns; * Present our products/services clearly, highlighting the benefits and features best suited to clients’ needs; * Use negotiation and persuasion techniques to encourage clients to make informed purchasing decisions; * Develop and implement prospecting strategies to identify and approach potential clients, which may include external visits; * Proactively contact clients via phone, e\-mail, and other channels to build relationships and identify sales opportunities; * Accurately and systematically record all interactions and activities in the CRM system; * Stay updated on our products, services, internal procedures, and market trends. * Desired knowledge for this position: * Proficiency in Portuguese language; * CRM software. * Requirements to apply for this position: * Completed high school education; undergraduate studies preferred; * Prior experience in prospecting and sales; * Assertive attitude with focus on results; * Availability to work Monday through Friday, including weekend events; * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B) and personal vehicle.
