We work in multidisciplinary squads, with autonomy to make technical decisions and a strong focus on delivering continuous value, applying agile methodologies and engineering best practices. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Design, develop, and evolve highly complex and scalable systems; * Contribute to architectural decisions and definition of development standards; * Ensure quality, performance, and security of solutions; * Serve as the technical reference for the team, leading and supporting developers at all experience levels; * Promote engineering best practices (e.g., automated testing, CI/CD, AI, observability); * Collaborate with product, UX, and business teams to transform needs into efficient solutions. **Requirements and Qualifications** **REQUIRED** * Solid software development experience (backend/frontend); * Strong expertise in Backend (Java / Go) and Frontend (Vue.js / React); * Experience with microservices architecture and REST/GraphQL APIs; * Experience with relational and non-relational databases; * Knowledge of DevOps practices (CI/CD, containers, cloud computing); * Experience working in agile environments. **DESIRED** * Postgraduate degree, MBA, or relevant certifications in Software Engineering, Architecture, or Cloud; * Experience with high-availability systems and large-scale data processing; * Technical leadership and mentoring skills; * Strong communication, collaboration, and ability to influence technical decisions; * Mindset focused on continuous learning, innovation, and constant improvement. **Additional Information:** **BENEFITS** * **Health Insurance:** Nationwide coverage with no monthly premium or co-payment.
