Support to managers and onboarding of new employees Description: * Completed undergraduate degree, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields; * Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office); * Prior experience in the described responsibilities. Please review your workflow below: * Responsible for administrative routines of a cinema unit related to human resources, finance, and logistics, ensuring that policies and legislation are properly applied and complied with. * Personnel department routines (payroll, work schedules, electronic time clock, employee files, hiring, termination, vacations, transfers, and leaves of absence) and benefits administration; * Support other managers in recruitment and selection processes, as well as in team training and development; * Onboarding of new unit employees; * Handle inspections (labor, tax, and municipal) and receipt of notifications (fines and violations); * Supervise the cinema’s cleaning team, develop floor plans, and deliver materials and equipment; * Monitor invoices and authorizations related to cinema expenses and forward them for payment; * Ensure compliance with CIPA (Internal Accident Prevention Committee) and Fire Brigade regulations; * Procurement of general supplies; * Responsible for store opening; * Serve internal and external customers. 2512250202491934707
