Imagine yourself spearheading challenging, dynamic, and innovative projects, **and being responsible for:** * Managing the payment flow for the Loss Prevention area with suppliers, including purchase order creation and invoice processing for payment. * Updating and analyzing management indicators, identifying improvement opportunities, and proposing solutions to increase efficiency and control costs. Preparing the annual budget and updating the forecast for the Brazil-scope area. * Managing service contracts—especially physical security—monitoring SLAs/KPIs, ensuring compliance, and applying penalties and discounts to invoices where applicable. Tracking supplier performance, maintaining control tools and reports, analyzing deviations, and driving action plans to correct non-conformities and cost variances. * Collaborating closely with a diverse, multidisciplinary team, with direct interface to logistics operations and the Transport Loss Prevention team. * Monitoring logistics operation results with a focus on reducing losses, misdeliveries, damage, theft, and fraud; tracking incidents, deviations, and their impacts; consistently engaging with Operations to resolve issues and prevent recurrence. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields. * Experience in economic-financial management, including cost control, variance analysis, and budget and forecast development. * Proficiency in Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets for analysis, controls, and reporting; experience with AI-powered tools applied to analysis/automation of routines. Background in logistics and transportation operations or auditing, with strong communication skills and close collaboration with operational teams.
