Job Summary: The Lead Verifier will be responsible for supervising cargo verification, ensuring data accuracy, leading the verification team, organizing operational processes, and supporting logistics flow. Support in yard organization and logistics flow **Position: Lead Verifier (In-House)** Location: Extrema \- MG **Working Hours:** 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday) **Employment Type:** CLT **Responsibilities:** * Verify cargo (incoming and outgoing goods) * Ensure accuracy of information and quantities * Lead and guide the verification team * Organize and direct cargo loading onto trailers * Monitor operational processes and adherence to deadlines * Support yard organization and logistics flow * Report discrepancies and operational incidents **Requirements:** * Experience as a verifier * Experience leading teams (preferred) * Knowledge of logistics operations and cargo handling * Completed high school education * Organized, proactive profile with strong communication skills **Salary and Benefits:** * Salary: R$ 2\.000,00 to R$ 3\.000,00 * Transportation Allowance * Food Allowance * Meal Voucher * Medical and Dental Plans * Profit Sharing Program (PLR) Payment: R$2\.000,00 \- R$3\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Food allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
