Job Summary: Responsible for supervising and monitoring merchandise receiving, inspection, storage, and shipping activities, guiding the team and ensuring inventory organization. Key Highlights: 1. Supervise and monitor receiving, inspection, and shipping activities. 2. Guide the team on operational routines and ensure warehouse organization. 3. Ensure compliance with procedures and accuracy of information. Responsible for supervising and monitoring inspection, receiving, storage, and shipping activities of goods in the warehouse, ensuring correct product handling and adherence to operational procedures. Guides the inspection and assistant teams, ensuring inventory organization, information accuracy, and compliance with established deadlines. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise and monitor receiving, inspection, picking, storage, and shipping activities of goods; * Guide and support the inspection and assistant teams in operational routines; * Perform goods inspection by comparing items against invoices, purchase orders, or transportation documents; * Identify and report discrepancies in codes, quantities, damages, or product quality to the immediate supervisor; * Ensure warehouse and inventory organization to facilitate material handling and storage; * Monitor cargo distribution and picking for shipping; * Assist in inventory control and record entry/exit movements; * Support the operations leader in organizing team activities and achieving departmental goals; * Ensure compliance with workplace safety, organization, and cleanliness standards; * Perform other related duties as required by the department or requested by the immediate supervisor.
