Job Summary: The Production Assistant will support structured processes in Cristália’s biotechnology area, assisting in process stages and performing equipment cleaning. Key Highlights: 1. The company operates the first Recombinant Biotherapeutics Production Plant in the Brazilian pharmaceutical industry. We are seeking Production Assistants who wish to join a strategic production area, contribute to well-structured processes, and apply analytical thinking in daily activities. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in operating process stages, as requested and supervised by operators; * Perform cleaning of equipment and the workplace; * Ensure proper disposal of materials; * Accurately complete documentation related to biological product manufacturing; * Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) regulations. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education (diploma or official completion certificate required); * Prior experience in production areas is required; * Technical training in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or Biotechnology is a plus; * Experience in the food, cosmetic, or pharmaceutical industry is desirable; * Availability to work from Wednesday to Sunday (07:00–16:00 or 15:50–00:29 or 23:08–07:27\); * Willingness to work in Itapira\-SP.
