Personnel routine administration **Job Description:** The Seres Group, in partnership with a multinational logistics company, is seeking a professional to work as Operations Leader. **Responsibilities:** Perform control and monitoring of goods movement, ensuring effective execution of activities; Conduct operational control, directing hourly production to meet targets; Analyze customer demands and plan operations according to available resources and productive capacity; Conduct shift handover, reporting current conditions and pending tasks; Perform equipment and vehicle checklist verification and validation; Respond to audits when required, in accordance with certifications established for the unit; **Administer personnel routines in the area, including:** vacations, days off, absenteeism, turnover, and overtime bank; Carry out related activities as determined by the immediate supervisor. **Working Hours:** **Schedule:** 3:30 PM to 12:54 AM or 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Work Rotation:** 5 days on / 2 days off or 2 days on / 2 days off **Work Model:** On-site **Work Location:** Extrema, MG\- Brazil We encourage applications from PCD (Persons with Disabilities), Black population, women, and LGBTQIAPN\+ individuals. **Requirements:** **Mandatory Requirements:** Completed undergraduate degree **Desirable:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
