Job Summary: The Seres Group is seeking a Data Analyst to work in logistics, focusing on data collection, analysis, and transformation, as well as dashboard development and process automation. Key Highlights: 1. Data collection, analysis, and transformation using Advanced Excel and SQL. 2. Creation of financial models, interactive dashboards, and automation using VBA. 3. System development, process optimization, and user training. **Job Description:** The Seres Group, in partnership with a multinational company in the Logistics sector, is recruiting a professional for the role of Data Analyst. **Responsibilities:** Design and implement data collection tools and databases. Develop data coding systems. Plan and conduct research. Analyze and transform data using Advanced Excel. Create financial models and interactive dashboards for HR and Operations. Automate repetitive tasks using VBA (Visual Basic for Applications). Manage databases, execute complex queries, and perform ETL processes using SQL. Use Power Query for data transformation and cleansing. Develop dynamic dashboards and reports in Power BI. Collect and organize data using Google Sheets and Forms. Develop new system functionalities and optimize processes. Analyze and define tasks for projects, aligning deadlines and priorities. Document processes and solutions according to company policies. Deliver training on IT systems and process improvements. Respond to requests from employees and clients, resolving issues. Manage system development tasks and scope changes.
