After all, it is 100% Brazilian and built by people who truly believe in the words of our founder: ***“Hard work conquers all!”***. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage the company’s distribution and transfer freight costs, monitoring the department’s action plans, managing KPIs, presenting results, and tracking freight cost evolution. * Identify opportunities to correct deviations and break down improvement opportunities into action plans with the team. * Establish and manage the transportation matrix, balancing cost, vehicle availability, and delivery service level. * Monitor the transportation market, prospect new partners, build and negotiate commercial agreements with transport providers, and manage the service level (SLAs) of contracted carriers. * Act as a leader, facilitator, and developer of people and teams within the company, deeply understanding the department’s objectives, KPIs, and goals—and connecting them with processes and people—to ensure the team’s performance positively impacts results. * Know and apply practices of conscious consumption and natural resource preservation, in compliance with the company’s SSMA policies, understanding environmental impacts and risks, as well as becoming familiar with emergency response procedures. * Promote and participate in socio-environmental programs and events aimed at fostering sustainability and social responsibility initiatives within the organization, ensuring alignment between the company, the community, and the environment—so operations adhere to best socio-environmental practices and current regulations. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields; * Proficiency in Office Suite, SAP, E-Law, and Hyperion; * Experience in procurement processes, negotiation, strategic sourcing, and freight cost structure; * Willingness to work in Amparo/SP. **Additional Information** **Here’s what we offer:** * Monthly product basket. * Cafeteria: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. * Health and dental insurance plans. * “Cuidar” Program: focused on health care and social assistance for you and your family. * Meal allowance. * Christmas basket at year-end and children’s kit for your kids. * PPR—Profit Sharing Plan. * Payroll-deductible loan. * Study grant. * Educary—Education for youth and adults. * Life insurance with coverage up to 24 monthly salaries. * Gym benefit (Wellhub).
