Progressive autonomy based on performance Job Description The Purchaser will work in an analytical and organized manner, supporting strategic purchasing decisions with progressive autonomy, according to performance, learning, and company guidelines. Responsibilities and Duties: Register new products and maintain already registered products; Register purchase orders in the system; Link purchase orders with invoices issued by suppliers; Monitor purchase order statuses with suppliers; Resolve logistical issues related to unit replenishment (damages, exchanges, and returns); Align relevant information with unit stock clerks; Monitor phase-out products to flag them as FL (Out-of-Line); Analyze reports and issue purchase orders to suppliers; Participate in internal process improvements; Perform other duties inherent to the purchasing department. Requirements and Qualifications: Currently enrolled in or graduated from a Technical or Higher Education program in (Production Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields); Dynamic profile, focused, proactive, and with excellent verbal communication skills.
