We are seeking a Production Operator I to work in the Packaging area at our Bueno Brandão (MG) facility. If you are committed, enjoy working in a team, and seek an opportunity to develop your career in the food industry, this position is for you! ### **What We Expect From You:** * Completed elementary education; * No prior experience required for this position; * Organized, responsible, and committed; * Ability to work well in a team and willingness to learn. ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Remove cheeses from ripening tables and transfer them to brine; * Perform sanitation of white mold ripening chambers; * Turn cheeses during the ripening process; * Perform rind cleaning when necessary; * Monitor and record the weight of cheese pieces the day after production; * Perform final cheese packaging; * Assist with shipping activities. ### **What We Offer:** * Tuition Assistance Program (available after 3 months of employment); * Access to the CONEXA SAÚDE platform for elective medical consultations and therapy (telemedicine); * VIVA – one rest day per month, scheduled in your birth month. **Working Hours:** * Tuesday to Friday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM; * Mondays: 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM, to support shipping loading activities.
