Optimizing the equipment shipment and return flow. **About the Opportunity** We are seeking a professional to support technical assistance dispatch routines, performing verification, packaging, shipping, and customer service activities. This position is critical to ensuring accurate order release, proper organization of devices, and efficiency in equipment shipment and return workflows. **Main Responsibilities** * Release sales orders for parts and components; * Clean and package devices after maintenance; * Verify accessories included with devices; * Verify return and repair shipment invoices; * Store devices awaiting dispatch instructions; * Dispatch devices according to demand; * Provide end-customer service; * Create Service Orders; * Guide customers on arranging pickups with carriers; * Request and monitor carrier pickups. **Mandatory Requirements** * Completed high school education **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience in technical assistance, after-sales, or dispatch; * Experience creating Service Orders; * Knowledge of verifying shipment and return invoices; * Experience interacting with and tracking carriers.
