**Purpose and impact of the role:** Provide administrative support to Production and Logistics, prepare reports and spreadsheets, complete and review documents, update KPIs, conduct area-related training, assist with organization, perform truck weigh-ins, enter goods into the company’s system, complete documentation related to pharmaceutical items, issue and prepare shipments for dispatch, and perform inventory adjustments in SAP for warehouse and production items. **Key Responsibilities:** * Deliver internal procedure training to employees; * Develop and update internal operational procedures; * Update departmental KPIs and electronic reports; * Manage and centralize documentation for pharmaceutical production; * Control all documentation required for truck entry and exit; * Record received batches in the system and create internal batch identifiers; * Perform other duties consistent with the company’s safety standards, as directed by the immediate supervisor; * Conduct vehicle weigh-ins (entry/exit) at the truck scale; * Provide necessary documentation for receiving/dispatch activities; * Perform inventory adjustments for warehouse/raw material and finished goods items; * Comply with occupational health and safety, food safety, and environmental safety requirements outlined in internal procedures. **Minimum Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Windows) * Currently pursuing a technical course in administration, logistics, safety, or related fields is considered an advantage; * SAP knowledge is considered an advantage.
