




Job Description: * Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related fields; * Previous experience in the role; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Familiarity with integrated systems in the field; * Intermediate knowledge of logistics programming / route planning and customer service. * Perform transport scheduling for customer service, coordinating shipments requested by customers, assigning vehicles, drivers, and loading times according to company-established norms and procedures; * Monitor scheduled trips by preparing, the day before, the next day’s trip schedule via the system, specifying trip details and respective plants, as well as daily reporting on the total number of completed and incomplete trips along with corresponding justifications; * Monitor vehicles from the start of their trips, tracking them in real time using dedicated tracking devices; * Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance services, dispatching vehicles for maintenance, informing the maintenance analyst to record data in control spreadsheets, entering driver-provided information into the system, and completing such information in the Maintenance Order block; * Record driver work shifts, monitoring shift commencement and driver entry of access passwords for timekeeping purposes; * Authorize truck dispatches by verifying destinations and assigned vehicles via scheduling grids to hand over keys and inform the plant where loading is to occur; * Contact drivers via radio, telephone, or in-person meetings to align information and provide clarifications regarding loading and unloading; * Generate various control spreadsheets through the system, including shift change logs, maintenance control, absenteeism records, mechanical availability reports, among others; * Guide drivers on correct use of tracking devices; * Support resolution of issues related to accidents and delivery delays through real-time monitoring during transit; * Manage control and maintenance of mobile phones, maintaining records via spreadsheets and device usage contracts; * Ensure quality, reliability, and performance of resources, services, and information generated from tasks under responsibility, maintaining confidentiality regarding matters related to Expresso Nepomuceno’s operations; * Stay updated on industry knowledge and technological advancements to propose and suggest continuous improvements to equipment and processes for optimal results; * Maintain company assets, requesting maintenance, repair, and/or replacement whenever necessary; * Assume responsibility for Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) aspects in daily activities and ensure optimal service to internal and external customers; * Perform other professional duties related to and inherent in the position, as directed and requested by the immediate supervisor. 251206020219333107
