Analysis of headcount and performance indicators Workforce tracking: monitor hires, terminations, transfers, and internal movements. Control and update of actual vs. budgeted headcount by department, shift, or unit. Preparation of reports and spreadsheets with data on headcount, position coverage, and team gaps. Support hiring planning according to seasonality, operational goals, or team expansion. Coordination with HR, Recruitment, and operational departments to align staffing requirements. Analysis of indicators such as absenteeism, turnover, average time-to-hire, and shift coverage. Organization of data for managerial meetings and presentations on team headcount and performance. Updating systems and internal records with vacancy status, hires, and separations.
