After all, it is 100% Brazilian and built by people who truly believe in the words of our founder: ***“Hard work conquers all!”***. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Operate machinery and equipment for handling cargo and materials. * Operate equipment and execute processes for material picking, handling, replenishment, and loading. • Perform logistics processes, addressing and directing anomalies (shortages, overages, and damages) occurring during picking and loading. • Carry out quality routines, including disposal of rework items, equipment cleaning, and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Perform routine management activities, such as issuing quality, maintenance, environmental, and safety labels; preparing non-conformance reports; complying with 5S organization and cleaning routines; identifying anomalies; and proposing improvements. * Execute inventory routines, monitoring the loading or receiving process using control tools. * Support training and capacity-building of other employees and identify operational training opportunities within the area, aiming to multiply operational knowledge among team members. * Perform operational tasks related to autonomous vehicles, including opening and closing trailer doors, connecting and disconnecting drive belts between mobile and fixed conveyors, activating the pneumatic suspension valve (air bag on the trailer) to facilitate loading, and pressing the vehicle movement button—ensuring smooth and safe logistics processes. * Understand and apply conscious consumption practices and natural resource conservation in accordance with the company’s SSMA (Safety, Security, Health, and Environment) policies, recognizing environmental impacts and risks, as well as familiarizing oneself with emergency response procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; **Worth noting:** Monday through Saturday, from 1:20 PM to 9:40 PM. **Additional Information** **See what we offer:** **Our Benefits – Caring for You at Every Stage of Life** ============================================================== At Ypê, we believe our people deserve to live with wellbeing, security, and real growth opportunities.
