Conduct operational analyses and propose process improvements Pouso Alegre \- MG On-site 1 Position Effective \- CLT Assistant Partial afternoons We are looking for a Logistics Operations Assistant with an analytical, proactive, and organized profile to directly support transportation operations and load scheduling. Main Responsibilities: * Support load scheduling and transportation route planning * Monitor logistics operations and ensure adherence to deadlines * Conduct operational analyses and propose process improvements * Control and track performance indicators (KPIs) * Interface with drivers, customers, and internal teams * Support organization and control of departmental demands Requirements: * Experience in transportation and load scheduling * Analytical profile and strong problem-solving ability * Proactivity and sense of urgency * Good communication and organizational skills * Knowledge of Excel and logistics systems is a plus * Must reside in Senador Canedo/GO or surrounding areas Advantages: * Experience in freight forwarding companies or high-volume operations * Knowledge of TMS or transportation management systems ### **Requirements** ##### **Studies** University education ##### **Other** Driver's license: B, A ### **Valued** ##### **Professional experience** Between 1 and 3 years ### **About REITER LOG** * Road freight transport, excluding hazardous goods and moving services, intermunicipal, interstate, and international.
