




Job Description: * High school diploma — Mandatory Worth noting: Monday to Saturday, from 1:20 PM to 9:40 PM. Operate machinery and equipment for cargo and material handling. Operate equipment and execute processes for material sorting, handling, replenishment, and loading. Participate in logistics processes, addressing and directing anomalies (shortages, overages, and damages) arising during sorting and loading. Perform quality routines, including disposal of rework items, equipment cleaning, and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Carry out routine management tasks, such as generating quality, maintenance, environmental, and safety labels; preparing non-conformance reports; implementing 5S organization and cleaning routines; identifying anomalies; and proposing improvements. Execute inventory routines, monitoring loading or receiving processes using control tools. Support the training and development of other colleagues and identify opportunities for operational training within the area, aiming to disseminate operational knowledge among team members. Perform operational tasks related to autonomous vehicles, including opening and closing trailer doors, connecting and disconnecting drive belts between the mobile and fixed conveyors, operating the pneumatic suspension valve (trailer air bag) to facilitate loading, and activating the vehicle movement button—ensuring smooth and safe logistics operations. Understand and apply practices of conscious consumption and natural resource conservation, in accordance with the company’s SSMA (Safety, Security, Health, and Environment) policies, recognizing environmental impacts and risks, as well as familiarizing oneself with emergency response procedures. 251217020255756978
