Opportunity for persons with disabilities (PCD) The professional will be responsible for assisting in general kitchen activities, contributing to meal preparation and organization, always following hygiene and food safety standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in food pre\-preparation, including ingredient cleaning, cutting, and sorting; * Support meal preparation according to instructions from the chef or responsible nutritionist; * Clean kitchen utensils, equipment, and work areas; * Assist in organizing and storing food in accordance with food safety standards; * Support plating and meal distribution when required; * Maintain a clean and organized workplace; * Follow good food handling practices and workplace safety regulations. **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing elementary education; * Prior experience is not required but considered an advantage; * Commitment, organizational skills, and willingness to work as part of a team. **Note:** This position is also open to **persons with disabilities (PCD)**, promoting inclusion and diversity in the workplace.
