The Junior Logistics Analyst is responsible for supporting the operational flow through data control, process monitoring, and administrative support to logistics operations. Their primary objective is to ensure that operational information reflects daily reality, enabling rapid decision-making and contributing to maintaining service levels (SLA). ### **Key Responsibilities and Activities** * Analyze operational indicators and daily productivity reports, inventory position, sales forecast, warehouse occupancy, absenteeism, and turnover. * Monitor compliance with SLAs (Service Level Agreements), identifying bottlenecks and potential impacts on the logistics flow. * Track operational activities related to receiving, picking, shipping, and transportation, ensuring adherence to schedules. * Support the execution of cyclic and annual inventories, assisting in stock discrepancy verification and resolution. * Identify opportunities for operational improvement, proposing adjustments to processes and routines to increase efficiency. * Provide administrative and operational support to logistics leadership. ### **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Logistics, Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields. * Intermediate Excel skills, including proficiency in VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and logical formulas. * Analytical ability to interpret data and generate operational insights. * Organized, proactive profile with a sense of urgency and strong interpersonal communication skills. ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Familiarity with logistics management systems such as ERP, WMS, or TMS. * Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as PDCA, 5S, or Lean.
