We are not seeking a hardware specialist, but rather an operational facilitator with a sense of urgency, adaptability, and the ability to seamlessly switch between administrative tasks and basic technical support. **Key Responsibilities:** **Technical Support & Asset Management** * First-level support (Service Desk): handling simple tickets (e.g., password resets, MS Office installation, general inquiries) for local and international users. * Workstation setup: formatting, initial configuration, and standardization of notebooks/desktops (Windows). * Employee lifecycle management: assembling technology kits for onboarding and managing equipment during offboarding. * Logical access management: creating, blocking, and deleting accounts following security protocols. * Physical infrastructure support: cable patching, equipment reboots, and assisting engineers with basic Wi\-Fi and switch troubleshooting. **Facilities & Administration** * Physical access control: operating the system, issuing ID badges, authorizing visitors, and supporting remote reception. * Maintenance support: coordinating service providers (HVAC, electricians) to ensure access and validation. * Contract back-office: receiving and organizing invoices and receipts for payment processing. * Mail & logistics: managing correspondence and physically shipping equipment. **Controls & Governance** * Asset inventory: strict tracking of notebook, monitor, and peripheral locations. * Environment organization: maintaining order in IT storage and technical areas. **Requirements and Competencies:** * Proficiency in Windows 10/11 and basic troubleshooting. * Intermediate Excel skills. * Intermediate English (reading and writing for e\-mails/tickets). * Knowledge of administrative routines (invoices, corporate e\-mails, document organization). * Organization and methodology: attention to detail is essential. * Willingness to learn: curiosity and interest in acquiring knowledge. * Versatility: ability to switch tasks without losing productivity. * Service-oriented mindset: courtesy and patience in customer interactions. * Autonomy: independent execution of daily tasks. **What We Offer:** * Collaborative and innovative environment with real growth opportunities. * Culture that values continuous learning, diversity, and excellence. * Participation in global projects with direct business impact. * Meal/voucher allowance: R$924/month. * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Remote work allowance * Childcare allowance * School supplies allowance * Wellhub * Life insurance * Leiturinha subscription **Sandbox is an equal opportunity employer.
