This role directly contributes to achieving the organization’s strategic objectives by guaranteeing smooth, accurate, and confidential handling of all executive demands. ### **Responsibilities** * Plan, organize, and coordinate the executive's schedule, ensuring optimal time utilization. * Anticipate scheduling conflicts and propose effective solutions. * Coordinate internal and external meetings, managing all logistics and supporting materials. * Act as the primary contact between the executive and internal and external stakeholders. * Draft, review, and send institutional communications, correspondence, and corporate emails. * Ensure confidentiality of the company's strategic information. * Plan and organize corporate events, strategic meetings, and conferences. * Coordinate logistics for national and international travel (flights, accommodations, transfers, itineraries). * Prepare expense reports and financial reconciliations related to travel. * Prepare and maintain organized documents, contracts, meeting minutes, and management reports. * Assist in preparing institutional presentations and business support materials. * Monitor deadlines and pending administrative tasks linked to management projects. * Provide support in analyzing strategic information and tracking performance indicators. * Conduct research and gather relevant data to support executive decision-making. * Stay updated on industry trends and best market practices. * Coordinate interactions between the executive and other company departments, facilitating workflow processes. * Support the execution of corporate projects by monitoring timelines, requirements, and deliverables. * Ensure efficient flow of information within the organization. * Manage payments, reimbursements, and oversight of management expenses. * Control and request necessary office supplies and equipment. * Maintain an organized work environment conducive to the executive's productivity. * Perform other related duties as required by the company and leadership requests. **Requirements:** --------------- If you are a professional with strategic vision, strong analytical skills, proactivity, and desire to grow within a technology multinational, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.
