Support leaders and coordinators in activities and performance indicators ### **Job Title** Customer Service Internship ### **Job Description** **Customer Service Internship** An opportunity in the Contact Center area to experience the daily routine of a team operating on the frontline of customer service, supporting logistics operations and contributing to excellence in our relationships with customers. **Your role:** * Perform operational customer service tasks, such as scheduling, sending materials to the field, monitoring logistics processes, and others. * Respond to customer requests according to their needs, with a focus on the "Customer First" approach. * Support area leaders and coordinators in customer service activities and in tracking departmental performance indicators. * Update area performance indicators whenever necessary. **You are the right person if:** * You are currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Management Processes, Economics, or Accounting. * You are available to intern from 7:45 AM to 3:20 PM in Varginha, three days per week onsite and two days remotely. * You have intermediate Excel skills. * You possess skills such as proactivity, attention to detail, organization, and teamwork. **How we work together** We believe we create greater impact when we work together rather than separately. For our office-based team members, this means working onsite at least three days per week to collaborate and build connections with others. Onsite positions require the employee’s full-time presence at company facilities.
