The professional will be responsible for executing pre\-preparation, cooking, and finishing stages of food production, ensuring quality, standardization, and food safety. **Responsibilities** * Perform pre\-preparation, preparation, and meal production according to established menus. * Operate industrial kitchen equipment (steam kettles, stockpots, ovens, food processors, etc.). * Follow good handling practices and hygiene and safety regulations. * Monitor cooking times, temperatures, and portioning. * Assist with inventory control and storage. * Maintain organization and cleanliness in the production area. * Work collaboratively to ensure daily production efficiency. **Requirements** * Experience with steam kettles (large-capacity equipment). * Proven experience as a Production Cook or in industrial kitchens. * Knowledge of high-volume food production. * Experience with industrial equipment and steam kettles. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Proactivity, organization, and commitment to scheduled hours. * Flexibility regarding working hours. * This position is open to all genders. **Benefits** * Market-competitive salary. * Medical assistance. * Provided meals and meal allowances. * Transportation allowance.
