The card operator will be responsible for approaching customers in-store, consistently aiming to issue cards to them. In addition to cards, we offer an insurance portfolio to be presented to customers either during card issuance or to existing cardholders. For existing cardholders, we also offer our personal loan product. The card operator will have a monthly target against which their performance will be evaluated.
