Support Distribution Centers and carriers in issuance processes About the job Our Transportation team is seeking a professional to work as a Transportation Assistant at our Distribution Center in Poços de Caldas – MG, on-site. The person will be responsible for issuing and verifying transportation documents, ensuring compliance and supporting logistics operations. * Issue transportation documents (CT-e, MDF-e, and toll vouchers) using the Multisoftware system; * Verify and validate transportation documents issued for shipments; * Support other Distribution Centers; * Maintain direct interface with billing, Distribution Centers, and partner carriers; * Provide support to Distribution Centers and carriers regarding issuance processes; * Proactively communicate via email and WhatsApp with various departments and Distribution Centers. About you * Availability to work on a rotating shift schedule (6x3); * Completed high school education; * Basic knowledge of Excel; * Strong communication skills, attention to detail, organization, and sense of responsibility; * Willingness to learn, collaborate, and grow within the area; * Knowledge of Logistics and tax routines will be considered a plus.
