Job Summary: We are seeking a Customer Success professional to ensure a strategic, performance-driven experience, acting as the bridge between clients and operations. Key Highlights: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact between the agency and clients. 2. Lead alignment meetings and results presentations. 3. Identify growth opportunities within the client portfolio (upsell and cross-sell). We are looking for a candidate to join our Customer Success (CS) team. This professional will be responsible for ensuring our clients receive a strategic, organized, and performance-driven experience, acting as the bridge between clients and operations. Responsibilities * Serve as the primary point of contact between the agency and clients; * Lead alignment meetings, results presentations, and performance reports; * Ensure alignment between client objectives and internal team deliverables; * Monitor performance metrics and translate data into actionable insights; * Identify growth opportunities within the client portfolio (upsell and cross\-sell); * Monitor client satisfaction and proactively drive retention; * Organize client requests and ensure adherence to internal processes; * Collaborate with media, content, and creative teams to guarantee delivery excellence. Requirements * Prior experience in advertising client service or Customer Success within a communications/marketing agency is preferred; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organized, strategic mindset with a results-oriented focus; * Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously; * Capability to translate client needs into clear, actionable deliverables for internal teams. Preferred Qualifications * Experience with digital marketing metrics and performance analysis; * Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields; * Collaborative mindset and positive influence within the team.
