Perform supervision, monitoring, and control of teams and maintenance-related activities—including predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance—in mechanical, electrical, industrial, building, and automotive maintenance areas, characterized as medium- or low-complexity, or inherent to small- and medium-sized structures—or provide support and assistance to coordinators in monitoring and controlling teams and activities in large-scale structures and/or those classified as high-complexity. * Develop and monitor implementation of the preventive maintenance schedule. Record occurrences of preventive, corrective, modification, and construction-related maintenance activities. Supervise the execution of maintenance, construction, and modification activities, and identify opportunities for improvement. Develop new suppliers of materials, parts, and/or equipment, while also assessing the performance of replaced materials. Provide support to meet departmental needs. * Periodically assess the need for requisitioning materials and parts for the Maintenance Department. Plan third-party and temporary labor hiring, if necessary, and monitor the performance of services delivered.
