**What your day-to-day will be like:** * Support budget planning for the condominium, parking, and security; * Responsible for consolidating water and electricity consumption and rationalization (common and specific); * Support units in quality and prevention audits; * Analyze and consolidate parking flow reports; * Monitor fire prevention activities and inspections conducted by unit emergency response teams; * Consolidate a weekly summary of the area to inform Corporate Operations about activities; * Initiate the process of hiring third-party companies; * Monitor store and kiosk construction and renovation works; * Monitor activities performed by third-party teams; * Monitor internal company processes (GTO, RDG, etc). **What we’re looking for in you:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields; * Prior experience in Operations, Maintenance, Facilities, or related areas is required; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
