Team-oriented work environment with customer service focus **We are seeking an Automotive Mechanic Assistant for Mogi Guaçu, SP.** **Reporting to the area manager, your responsibilities will include:** * Assisting in preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance of vehicles; * Assisting in assembly of brake, suspension, clutch, fuel injection, electronic, air conditioning cleaning/maintenance, and repair systems; * Assisting in tire mounting, timing belt replacement, clutch installation, spark plug replacement, exhaust system repair, pivot replacement, routine maintenance (oil and filter changes), electronic fuel injection, and leak repairs; * Assisting with scanner diagnostics and other tasks as requested or per scheduled maintenance plans; * Assisting in inspection and testing of parts and assemblies prior to installation on vehicles; * Requesting replacement parts and auxiliary materials required to perform services; * Performing other related duties as required by the department. **Requirements** * Completed high school education or currently enrolled in an Automotive Mechanics technical program; * Driver's license category B is a plus; * Experience in auto centers, as this role focuses on suspension and brake systems—not engine mechanics; * Ability to work effectively in a team; * Strong communication skills, organization, and proactivity; * Must deliver excellent customer service and demonstrate willingness to assist customers with any inquiries.
