Job Summary: The Sales Associate will play a critical role in customer prospecting, sales execution, target achievement, maintaining exceptional customer service, as well as organizing the store and promoting products. Focusing on excellent customer service and differentiated after-sales support Role Summary: The Sales Associate will be a key member of our team, actively prospecting customers, closing sales, meeting targets, and delivering outstanding customer service. Additionally, they will play an important role in organizing the store and promoting our products, directly contributing to the company’s growth. Key Responsibilities: * Prospecting and selling: consistently seeking new customers, confidently presenting products, thoroughly understanding all available options and payment methods, negotiating efficiently and strategically, and building a robust customer portfolio. * Delivering excellent service: providing differentiated after-sales support — configuring the customer’s smartphone, registering their email address, connecting them to the company’s social media accounts and requested influencers, and ensuring they are added to the corporate phone number provided by the store. * Store organization and environment maintenance: keeping display windows immaculate, devices clean, and the space consistently organized to convey professionalism and credibility. * Marketing and promotion: boosting sales through strategic postings on the Marketplace and the company’s social media platforms, helping attract new customers and increase engagement.
