Job Description
Work in the marketing department, responsible for planning, creating, and maintaining graphic materials; supporting institutional communication; providing commercial team support; and communicating with suppliers, laboratories, and internal colleagues. Tasks include creating graphic materials, labels, tags, presentations, updating catalogs, managing social media, updating the WordPress website, liaising with printing companies, suppliers, and laboratories, handling internal communication, and executing endomarketing initiatives to support people management.
**Required Qualifications:**
High school diploma — preferred specialization in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related fields
Relevant work experience.
**Technical Skills:**
Proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop, and basic knowledge of WordPress. Desired: Experience in vector-based material editing, print-oriented graphic material editing (labels, marketing materials, visual communication), creation of social media creatives, product photography, and photo editing.
**Preferred Qualifications:** Knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads, and strategic vision.

**Team Structure:** A single-person department with direct contact with management, consultants, suppliers, and other internal colleagues.

Proven experience and expertise in this field are essential.
**Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break.
