Job Summary: Strengthen organizational culture and promote alignment of departmental processes with the company's values, ensuring proper recording and fiscal classification of documents. Key Highlights: 1. Record and verify fiscal documents in the ERP system. 2. Control and organize physical and digital fiscal documents. 3. Support the maintenance of fiscal registries and assist in monthly closing. Strengthen and promote organizational culture, ensuring all departmental processes align with the company's values and purpose. * Record fiscal documents (incoming, outgoing, transport receipts, and service invoices) in the ERP system. * Verify essential invoice data prior to posting, such as CFOP, CST, tax rates, and access key. * Ensure correct fiscal classification of documents per guidance from the tax team. * Control receipt and organization of fiscal documents, maintaining up-to-date physical and digital files. * Support maintenance of fiscal registries for products and suppliers, as required by the department. * Perform simple document adjustments, such as freight, bonuses, returns, and discounts. * Flag discrepancies or technical questions to the tax analyst or supervisor to prevent incorrect postings. * Assist in monthly closing with basic verifications, per instructions from the tax team. * Comply with internal procedures and stay updated on operational routines of the tax department.
