Professional development with 80 hours of training **Job Objective** Guarantee the necessary conditions for students requiring support in school routine activities to access, remain, participate in, and feel safe within the educational environment, thereby progressively fostering their autonomy, dignity, and inclusion. **Main Responsibilities** * Receive, accompany, and ensure the student's safe presence throughout the entire school routine (arrival, activities, breaks, and departure); * Safeguard the student's physical and emotional well-being with ethical and supportive conduct; * Assist with mobility devices; * Facilitate the student's participation in body expression, artistic, and broad motor activities; * Assist with bathroom use, personal hygiene, clothing changes, and personal care, ensuring privacy and dignity; * Accompany meals, providing support when necessary without replacing the student's autonomy; * Administer medications only upon formal authorization from the family and a medical prescription; * Properly document and report emergency situations; * Complete daily records and periodic reports objectively and confidentially; * Complete an 80-hour training program during working hours, contributing to the professional's ability to perform job duties. * **Important:** If no students currently require active support for daily living activities, the professional may, on an ad-hoc basis, assist with simple administrative tasks—always giving absolute priority to student support whenever needed. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Preferably professionals from the health field; * Basic knowledge of hygiene, mobility, positioning, and personal care; * Fundamental understanding of medication administration; * Ethical conduct, confidentiality, and respect for professional boundaries within the school environment; * Experience in school support, caregiving, inclusion, or activities related to daily living will be considered an advantage. Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
