




**Job Description:** This position is based at a Franchised Post Office Agency (AGF) and primarily involves prospecting new corporate clients requiring postal shipping solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** Contact companies via phone, WhatsApp, email, and in-person visits; Manage your CRM using your sales funnel to record interactions with leads (follow-ups), qualification information, tracking of open opportunities, follow-up calls, tasks, and other daily routines; Handle administrative/financial/operational matters related to the company’s client portfolio, such as signing new contracts, assisting with suspended contracts, non-receipt of electronic invoices, shipping issues, pickup problems along delivery routes; General customer support; Monitor competitor activities. Education: Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Business Administration or related fields. Behavioral Skills: Organized, communicative, and capable of handling multiple activities and tasks simultaneously. Technical Skills: Strong writing ability, fluent verbal communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (word processing, spreadsheets, etc.).
