Responsibilities and Duties * Manage the full Recruitment & Selection cycle: resume screening, interviews, assessments, feedback sessions, and offer proposals; * Manage complex and hard-to-fill positions, with special focus on the Mogi Guaçu region, as well as remote positions across Brazil; * Fully operate and leverage the FEEDZ system for R&S processes and HR metrics; * Conduct active sourcing, market mapping, and talent pool enhancement; * Develop and update job descriptions with technical accuracy; * Structure and manage job and salary policies; * Design and implement performance evaluation and probation period processes using monitoring tools; * Manage internal HR policies, structured onboarding, and integration pathways; * Distribute and supervise operational tasks; * Plan internal marketing, organizational climate, and engagement initiatives; * Support wellness and culture initiatives (maintenance of the GPTW certification); * Monitor metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, and average time-to-hire, among others; * Document processes, create SOPs, and support automation using AI and FEEDZ. Requirements and Qualifications * Experience in generalist HR or focused on R&S; * Solid experience in Recruitment & Selection for complex and strategic positions; * Knowledge of labor legislation and personnel administration routines; * Experience in selection processes for technical roles and remote positions; * Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple simultaneous demands; * Analytical, organized profile with strong prioritization skills. Desirable Requirements * Basic knowledge of job and salary structures; * Experience with performance evaluation and internal HR policies; * Knowledge and understanding of process automation; * Proficiency in metrics; * Experience in process documentation and use of AI in HR.
