After all, it is 100% Brazilian and crafted by people who truly believe in the words of our founder: ***“Hard work conquers all!”***. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Procure vehicles according to the transportation matrix and monitor vehicle arrivals at Ypê to ensure adherence to defined deadlines. * Support vehicle management for product deliveries to end customers, in accordance with contractual agreements. * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to guide daily activities and ensure operational quality. * Analyze results and propose actions and improvements based on area KPIs. * Monitor execution of the department’s action plan. * Attend meetings with transport providers non-compliant with company processes. * Update departmental KPIs. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields. * Intermediate Excel proficiency; * Knowledge of SAP and TMS (desirable); **Worth noting:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM\. **Additional Information** **Here’s what we offer:** **Our Benefits – Caring for You at Every Stage of Life** ============================================================== At Ypê, we believe our people deserve well-being, security, and real growth opportunities.
