After all, it is 100% Brazilian and crafted by people who truly believe in the words of our founder: ***“Hard work conquers all!”***. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Control and inspect the entry and exit of people, vehicles, materials, and products at weighbridge points; guide drivers regarding required procedures; and manage documentation and system-based registrations. * Ensure that all present drivers possess valid identification badges to prevent unauthorized or non-procedural entries. * Support the maintenance of quality and occupational safety programs by adhering to established standards and procedures, thereby ensuring compliance with company policy and identifying potential improvements. * Verify that all dispatched cargo is accompanied by the appropriate Fiscal Invoice (Nota Fiscal), ensuring no material is released without proper documentation. * Weigh loading and unloading vehicles for controlling product, raw material, input, parts, and general material inflows and outflows using appropriate scales, accurately determining gross and net weights. * Release fiscal invoice stubs (canhotos) related to material deliveries, and seal vehicles, tanks, and containers departing the company with materials/products. * Maintain up-to-date departmental records, archiving scale tickets, loading orders, and other relevant documents. * Safeguard order, custody, and preservation of materials/products and equipment under their responsibility, ensuring general cleanliness of such items and the workplace. * Ensure vehicles perform unloading and/or loading correctly, verifying weights remain within tolerance limits, cross-checking electronic manifests, and confirming vehicle license plates. * Understand and apply practices of conscious consumption and natural resource preservation, aligned with the company’s SSMA (Safety, Security, Medical & Environmental) policies, recognizing environmental impacts and risks, and becoming familiar with emergency response procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education (mandatory); * Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (mandatory); **Worth noting:** Monday to Saturday, from 1:20 PM to 9:40 PM **Additional Information** **Here’s what we offer:** * Monthly product basket. * Cafeteria: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. * Health insurance and dental plan. * “Cuidar” Program: focused on health care and social assistance for you and your family. * Meal allowance. * Christmas basket at year-end and children’s kit for your kids. * PPR – Profit Sharing Plan. * Payroll-deductible loan. * Study grant. * Educary – Education program for youth and adults. * Life insurance with coverage up to 24 monthly salaries. * Gym benefit (Wellhub). * Chartered bus service. * On-site dental clinic.
