A People Analyst supports the HR department in routine tasks related to People metrics analysis, labor relations, internal communication, and organizational development, fostering an environment of growth and engagement.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Monthly analysis of People indicators—including Absenteeism, Turnover, Overtime Bank, Budget, Presenteeism, and Labor Requirements—using the monthly report, performing stratification and applying quality tools to understand deviations, with the goal of presenting deviations to client areas and proposing course corrections.
* Provide support to the Labor Relations team by gathering requested documents and identifying potential witnesses to assist in any judicial proceedings the company may face.
* Analyze the employee headcount map, cross-checking the budgeted headcount versus actual positions held, to ensure budgetary alignment and proper execution of personnel movements.
* Support the Communications team by assisting units in disseminating Internal Campaigns, aiming for campaign success and employee engagement.
* Support the Organizational Development and Social Responsibility teams by promoting their internal initiatives, ensuring all employees receive communications and remain engaged in these programs.
* Provide direct employee support, understanding their needs through People Department–employee contact channels, helping resolve issues raised.
* Conduct “Papo 10” meetings—calling employees and participating in informal discussions with the manager—to listen, identify opportunities and strengths within the area, and then propose actions addressing identified issues.
* Generate reports (Headcount Control – HC, labor incidents, Overtime Bank) via the People system to feed the department’s dashboard and present during weekly meetings.
* Stay updated on results from your own area and interfacing departments—tracking indicators, internal controls, and attending weekly meetings—to ensure smooth interdepartmental coordination and identify opportunities for improvement and capacity building.
Conduct Institutional Onboarding, introducing new hires to People functions, People Administration, Benefits, and Social Responsibility, so they understand department policies and operational procedures.

**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite preferred;
* Prior experience in Human Resources preferred;
* Familiarity with Quality Tools preferred.
**Worth noting:** Working hours from 08:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday.
