Ensuring equipment operation and reliability **Job Description:** Responsible for performing lubrication activities on mechanical equipment and components in the industrial plant, following preventive maintenance plans and established operational routines, with the objective of ensuring correct asset operation, reducing premature wear, preventing failures, and increasing equipment reliability. **Requirements:** * Technical course or professional qualification in mechanics, industrial maintenance, or related fields (preferred) * Prior experience in industrial maintenance or lubrication activities (advantageous) * Basic knowledge of reading lubrication plans and safety procedures * Must reside in Poços de Caldas or nearby region **Work Schedule:** Rotating 5x2 shift \- Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM\. **Benefits:** * Bonus: BRL 550.00/month (provided no absences, tardiness, or medical certificates) * Monthly allowance: BRL 180.00 * Unimed health insurance plan (co-payment): Available after 3 months * SECONCI medical and dental assistance * Group life insurance * Annual profit-sharing program Compensation: BRL 2,300.00 \- BRL 2,990.00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Commercial agreements and discounts * Profit-sharing * Life insurance * Transportation voucher Education: * Completed high school (mandatory) Experience: * Maintenance activities (mandatory) * Industrial lubrication (mandatory) Work Location: On-site
