Responsible for planning, designing, managing, and supervising the construction of infrastructure projects, such as buildings, roads, bridges, and sanitation systems, ensuring safety, economic viability, and compliance with technical standards. Main Responsibilities * **Project Development:** Perform structural calculations, prepare drawings, and specify technical material requirements. * **Construction Management:** Supervise construction sites, coordinate operational teams, and ensure adherence to schedules and budgets. * **Feasibility Analysis:** Conduct physical-financial and technical studies to assess project sustainability and costs. * **Quality Control:** Inspect the quality of supplies and services, and diagnose structural pathologies or failures. * **Technical Documentation:** Issue Technical Responsibility Annotations (ART), reports, expert opinions, and technical assessments.
