After all, it is 100% Brazilian and built by people who truly believe in the words of its founder: ***“Hard work conquers all!”***. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform preventive maintenance according to the planning department’s schedule; * Provide technical details of performed services in maintenance orders; * Carry out emergency maintenance as required; * Analyze problem solutions to identify root causes and implement containment actions; * Perform maintenance using appropriate tools and procedures to restore equipment availability and reduce MTTR; * Conduct technical inspections of idle and operational machines following standardized forms; * Promote the authentic application of the 5S methodology; * Keep safety procedures updated and ensure proper use of PPE; * Identify and promote improvements in maintenance procedures and standards; * Perform proper lubrication of equipment; * Use technical materials (manuals, OPMs, and IOPs); * Conduct equipment inspection routes; * Adjust and calibrate equipment and machinery. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Must hold a CAI (Industrial Apprenticeship Course) certification or a completed Technical Degree in Mechanics, Mechatronics, Machining Mechanics, Mechanical Manufacturing, Electromechanics, or related fields; * NR12 – Workplace Safety in Machinery and Equipment is desirable; * Knowledge of metrology, pneumatics, valves, pumps, gearboxes, and actuators is desirable; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is desirable; * Familiarity with regulatory standards is desirable; * Basic knowledge of technical drawing is desirable. **Worth noting: Working hours are from 08:00 to 18:00** **Additional Information** **Here’s what we offer:** * Monthly product basket. * Cafeteria: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. * Health and dental insurance plans. * “Cuidar” Program: focused on health care and social assistance for you and your family. * Meal allowance. * Christmas basket at year-end and children’s kit for your kids. * PPR – Profit Sharing Plan. * Payroll-deductible loan. * Study grant. * Educary – Education program for youth and adults. * Life insurance with coverage up to 24 monthly salaries. * Gym benefit (Wellhub). * Chartered bus service. * On-site dental clinic.
