We seek an intern to support the Quality Assurance area in operational and technical routines, including raw material and packaging control and analysis, monitoring and analysis of production processes, indicator management, handling of non-conforming raw materials and products, and strengthening of the Food Quality and Safety Management System—ensuring compliance with internal, legal, and regulatory requirements. **Responsibilities and Duties** Assist in conducting control analyses on raw materials (raw materials and packaging), releasing or holding items in the system according to established criteria. Assist in analyzing and controlling supplier documentation, ensuring record updates and compliance. Monitor production routines, verifying raw material performance during manufacturing. Assist in conducting process and product audits, supporting verification of adherence to established standards. Identify, record, and assist in addressing non-conformities. Assist in conducting Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), hygiene, and organization audits. Collect Quality Assurance indicators, supporting proposal of improvements. Support organization, updating, and control of documents and records within the Quality Management System. Contribute to the advancement of the Food Quality and Safety Management Program. Support delivery of operational and quality training, as directed by the department. Comply with and promote organizational culture principles, as well as food quality and safety standards. **Requirements and Qualifications** Education: Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related fields. Languages: English proficiency is desirable. Availability: Internship of 6 hours per day, Monday through Friday. Computer Skills: Proficiency in Excel and Power BI is preferred. Experience: Prior experience is not required; industrial environment experience is considered a plus.
