




Job Summary: The professional will drive trucks, perform deliveries, record incidents, report vehicle defects, coordinate the unloading team, and account for expenses. Key Highlights: 1. Commitment to personal and company development Drive trucks carrying IRRF products and deliver them to respective customers; record any incidents occurring during deliveries; report any vehicle defects to the transportation supervisor; immediately inform the transportation supervisor of any incidents that may hinder the next delivery; use the vehicle-specific fuel card; use the tracking equipment as trained; inspect the vehicle according to the checklist. Coordinate the unloading team under one's responsibility; attach documentation supporting expenses incurred during trips/deliveries; submit expense reports to the transportation supervisor. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Use equipment correctly, complying with traffic laws and company directives; * Drive the vehicle appropriately; * To comply with legislation and preserve company assets; * Correctly sort products to be delivered to customers, providing optimal guidance to staff performing deliveries; * Accurately follow product descriptions on invoices, matching physical products and their respective quantities; * To ensure delivery quality at the customer’s location; * Clearly report existing vehicle issues so the corresponding SM can be generated; * Notify the transportation supervisor of existing vehicle anomalies; * To regularize the work tool; * Use the fuel card assigned to one's responsibility correctly; * Verify total fuel volume dispensed and related registration information; * To ensure transactions occur correctly; * Inspect the vehicle according to the checklist; * Inspect the vehicle and record findings on the standard form; * To ensure the vehicle remains in good condition; * Maintain cleanliness, organization, and preservation conditions, as well as proper and safe use of equipment in one's work area; * Apply Quality principles; * To maintain a satisfactory work environment for employees, prevent waste, and avoid accidents; * Ensure safety by using personal protective equipment (PPE), following safety norms and procedures adopted by IRRF; * Apply Quality principles; * To prevent accidents and occupational diseases. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** Completed High School. **Courses:** MOPE. Defensive Driving. **Technical/Specific Knowledge:** Safety and environmental regulations.
