How about working at HTM INDUSTRIA DE EQUIPAMENTOS ELETRO\-ELETRONICOS, innovating, creating, and accumulating experience to become an excellent professional in the future? You will receive formal employment registration in your Work Card (Carteira de Trabalho Profissional), and also participate in training programs to enhance your knowledge. With a daily work schedule of 6 hours—working 4 days per week at the company and 1 day attending classes at ESPRO—you will become a distinctive young professional! Working Hours: 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Course/Capacitation Theory Hours: 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM\. Initial ESPRO Course Phase: 7 days (Monday to Friday), online (EAD). Intermediate ESPRO Course Phase: Once per week, in-person at the ESPRO Amparo branch. Contract Duration: 16 months. The apprentice will begin activities at ESPRO in online (EAD) theoretical training format. They will remain in theoretical training for 7 days. After completion of this initial phase, the apprentice will start working at the company and attend ESPRO once per week during the intermediate phase. The course in the intermediate phase will be conducted in person at the ESPRO Amparo branch. **Responsibilities:** Supplies production lines with materials, raw materials, or packaging to maintain operational flow and prevent losses or production stoppages. Prepares work by verifying service orders. Separates defective materials for reuse. Organizes the workplace.
