You will receive formal employment registration in your Work Card (Carteira de Trabalho Profissional), plus access to training programs to enhance your knowledge. With a daily work schedule of 6 hours—4 days per week at the company and 1 day per week attending the ESPRO course—you’ll stand out as a distinctive young professional! Working Hours: 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Course/Theoretical Training Hours: 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM\. Initial ESPRO Course Phase: 7 days (Monday to Friday), delivered remotely (EAD). Intermediate ESPRO Course Phase: Once per week, in-person at the ESPRO Amparo branch. Contract Duration: 16 months. The apprentice will begin activities at ESPRO in remote (EAD) theoretical training format. They will remain in theoretical training for 7 days. After completion of this initial phase, the apprentice will start activities at the company and attend ESPRO once per week during the intermediate phase. The intermediate-phase course will be conducted in person at the ESPRO Amparo branch. **Responsibilities:** Supplies the production line with materials, raw materials, or packaging to maintain operational flow and prevent losses or production stoppages. Prepares work by verifying service orders. Separates defective materials for reuse. Organizes the workplace. Complies with operational procedures, technical standards, quality standards, and regulatory norms regarding occupational health and safety, as well as environmental preservation. **Requirements:** Completed or currently pursuing high school education.
